Privacy Policy
What we collect
We collect only what is needed to process your order: order details, an optional email for delivery, and limited technical data (such as IP address and request metadata) used for security and fraud prevention.
How we use it
Your data is used only to fulfill orders, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Payment data
Payments are processed by Alipay or on public blockchain networks. We do not store your full payment credentials; we record only the information needed to link a payment to your order.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to deliver your order (such as payment or infrastructure providers) and where legally required. Public blockchain transactions are, by their nature, public.
Security and retention
Sensitive data such as delivered content is stored encrypted. Data is retained only for as long as needed for service, support, and applicable legal requirements, then deleted.
Cookies and your rights
We use only minimal session cookies to run the store and no third-party advertising trackers. You can request access to or deletion of your order data by contacting us with your order number, subject to legal retention limits.
Analytics and security logs
First-party analytics uses pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers and records page paths, attribution, UTM parameters, language, device type, and the country code supplied by Cloudflare. The analytics table does not store raw IP addresses, email addresses, or order contents. To prevent abuse and protect administration, rate-limit and security audit logs may temporarily store IP addresses and User-Agent data and are scheduled for deletion after 7 days. Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity loads only when configured and is governed by each provider's privacy policy.
